Details: Beautiful Biggs of Richmond, Virginia Cochrim Table. This lovely Hepplewhite table is from the 1940s-1960s and is a full banquet size, capable of seating 8 to 10. There are two leaves that may be removed to create a small square dining table. The rectangular top and tapered Federal legs are solid mahogany and the skirt on the leaves and the end sections are flame Mahogany. There are inlaid floral motives on the knees and string inlay down the legs. Additional inlaid floral motif’s are located on the skirt at the corners. The finish is a pecan stain with possible fruit wood inlay. This table is a rare piece of Richmond, Virginia history.
